Kebab : Midle East Food
Kebab : its Middle Eastern cuisine with fresh salsa sauce
Ingredients:
600 g of minced lamb
3 tbsp breadcrumb
1 egg, shake off
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil / vegetable oil
Spices:
60 g onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4 sheets mint leaves, finely sliced
1 tsp Pepper
¼ tsp caraway powder
1 tsp salt
Salsa Sauce:
3 tomato, cut into small dice
50 g cucumber, cut into small dice
50 g onion, chopped
3 cayenne pepper, finely sliced
4 pieces of coriander leaves, finely sliced
4 tbsp lemon juice / juice
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp pepper finely
¼ tsp fine salt
Complementary:
50 g garlic pickle / pickle
60 g red paprika / red chili, cut into dice
60 g onion, cut into dice
60 g cucumber, cut into dice
Method:
• Add minced lamb, eggs, breadcrumb and all the spices. Mixed.
• Take one tablespoon dough, make small ball. Hair in a cross-lapse between the meat, pickles, garlic, paprika, cucumber and onion in the sate puncture.
• Bake on the coals of fire while occasionally smeared olive oil until the meat is cooked. Lift. Serve warm with salsa sauce.
